You are talking about ME here.  ;) Cooking to me is nuking something...so cheesecake is probably WAY outta my league. My husband though is an amazing cook, I might be able to have him try it.

He should make it for you.  You shouldn't have to make your own birthday cheese cake.

Umpa, thanks for the idea of freezing the cheesecake by the slice!!  That would definitely be awesome to know you have a little treat in the freezer, and also keep me from over doing it all at once!  I LOVE cheesecake!!   

Owensmath....we may be eating cheesecake next Saturday! :)
