Yes Beebs! Chili traditionally has no beans. If you are looking for chili con carne (with beans) you can use black soy beans.I buy them at the grocery store(food Lion) in the organic section or the health food store.i can even send you a cornbread recipe for your almond flour.
send me your favorite recipe and i will convert it.

For a pound of ground beef use 1 1/2 cups of low carb spagetti sauce.Look for a spagetti sauce at the grocery store that is 5 carbs or less per serving.Let me know how this works. When my grandson leaves i will make this myself and play with it.Chili is one of my favorites!don't forget the grated cheddar on top!YUM!

Im having a really hard time finding a low carb/ low sugar spaghetti sauce.....Im not sure what to do or even what the serving size should be or the carb count. I seem to have the most trouble with that and havent been cooking much because of it. Now Im getting really tired of my boring diet just cause I have trouble figuring out the carb count and serving size when I do cook something. How do you add it up when there are different ingredients that all have different net carbs? How do you know the portion size?
