I'll answer this for you KEKE but it's important that you learn how to count your carbs and recognize where sugar sneaks in from your life. One thing I didn't see was your dinner????

Lets take a look;

breakfast: 3 maple sausage muffin (recipe in book) page 83 cookbook made per recipe= 2 carbs total (from eggs) for 12 muffins

snack: 1/2 celery filled with cream cheese Less than 1 carb for the cream cheese

lunch:2 deli roll ups with turkey,ham,cheese,mayo,mustard,pickles,onion,lettuce  1 1/2 carbs for the veggies

dessert:jello topped with redi whip  I assume sugar free jello, 0 carbs.... 1 carb for the redi whip

Ok keke here's the deal. when you make ANYTHING right down the carb count for each ingredient then total the carbs and divide that by how many servings you have.

KEKE..... STOP, Slow down... new habits and learning new processes take a bit of time. What Beebs told you above is exactly correct. Write down each ingredients carb count as you go along to determine your total. Now I know this seems tedious but I've given you all the breakdowns in the books you have. I promise you this becomes very simple over time and soon you'll know everthing without reference.

Now list the lasagna ingredients so we can help you through the recipe.  ;)

I got you KeKe my friend! ;)Before I bake a cake I line up all the ingredients in measuring cups and bowls on the counter.So everything is pre-measured so I can write down the recipe.Maybe this will work for you.You can just add the cups up. ;)
