In the past I have received CONDITIONAL support for weight loss as long as the cheque was in the mail. It is quite uplifting to know that there is support out there JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE CARE. I have received support from people that don't even know me because they are good people and want to help. This gives us a new faith in humanity. Thanks for the support it is very well received. It is nice to hear "GOOD JOB" from someone that is not being  PAID TO SAY IT. Your success inspires us all.

I will grab an ore and row because it is no longer a weight loss LOOK GOOD thing it is a HEALTH thing. Thanks for helping me to bring my sugars down.

Cara, I have a care package started for Mom & Dad to take to you next week when they visit.  There are 6 bags of pork rinds, Log Cabin SF syrup & GG Bran Crispbread.  Is there anything else that you can't find that you would like?
