Hanging in there with the program, it actually isn't that hard once you have all of the tools (ie, access to the right food). Weight is going down, and sugars are stablized. Heading in tyhe right direction.

Cara, I get so excited when I see your ticker going down!  WTG!  I am so proud of you.  Christmas should be a breeze.  I have our menu planned and I am starting baking today.  I will make some Sunflower Seed Crackers and some Fried Cheese Crackers and have them for you at Mom & Dad's when you arrive.  You know Mom likes to set out stuff, so I got you covered.  Can't wait to see you and your family.  Have a safe trip!
