Hi and nice to meet you all,

I'm new here.  Struggling all my life same as Doug.  Came back from a trip to New York City with my nephew at 299 pounds on September 19th.
Being depressed and feeling absolutely hopeless....I found myself surfing the net looking for a 'Miracle Solution'....I found it....I orderd it....I read it....I loved it.

I have lost 31 pounds in 31 days with just reading the book and putting it into 100% disciplined practice. Little to no excercise...this will change shortly.
I feel fantastic!  My wife and 6 kids are amazed  :o and are a great 'Fan Club' for me!  ;D  I have never been hungry! Just NO SUGAR...point blank!  ;)

My goal is 100 pounds to 199. I'll do it.

Welcome to the forum Bicep.  What a great weight loss for just 1 month.  Guys are so lucky that it comes off quicker than women.  You will find everyone here friendly and helpful.  You are off to a great start!!

Goodness....I am jealous! lol Guys are lucky you loose weight easier than women. Congrats and welcome to the new you and just keep going!
