They are very easy Paula.Just make a roll and slice away like store bought cookie dough ;)

they really liked the flavor still not sure what i did wrong tho cuz mine didnt crisp up overnight but you could still eat them and they are a very tasty cookie

Did you put them in the fridge 3 angels?These are suppose to be kept at room temperture in tupperware. :)

I don't think that would work but you can try.I think it would turn to mush.Nuts make a great crust for cheesecake,I however like a crustless cheesecake. ;)

Yum, these look much nicer than the ones I made from another recipe I found, (although they were nice, these ones "look" like a cookie should!)
