New Here Book Download ?????????

Hello Everyone,
I just bought the books through paypal so how do I get my e books?????????they aren't in my email. I paid $35.68 and no E-book ??????
I'm just ready to get started I am 5"7 and 240 I would love to be under 200 thanks Lorrie
