Allright.
I have been following this program pretty much to the T and gained 3 lbs........im not quiting or anyting but really!!!
UUGH!!
Just complaining
Doug, (cause I know youa re gonna see this :)  )
could i not be eating enough?
I havent been good about measuring and weighing portions sizes and think I have been under......
how important is that?

I'm confused!  :P

You say you gained 3 pounds but your weight loss ticker shows you've lost 13 pounds.
Is your ticker current?

If you lost 13 pounds and gained 3, don't worry too much about it unless you continue to gain weight.
Weight will fluctuate up and down while we are reaching our weight goals.
I've gained as much as 4 pounds only to lose it plus more the next week.

But, if you continue to gain weight, a closer look at what you're doing is needed.

Until you are very familiar (by sight and/or feel) with your portions, I would suggest measuring everything you put in your mouth (except water).

A women can LOSE or gain up to ten pounds a month. Im always fatter around that time of month.....

my ticker should be 3 lbs heavier.... :(  just dont want to change it...lol
we will see what happens in a week

I suggest you only weigh yourself every two weeks, same time. You're weight can fluctuate and drive you crazy if you weigh too often. YES portion control is important. You should only eat as much as your body needs to feel satisfied. Most of us eat way too much food not because we're hungry but because we love to eat. You need to get control of that if it's recognized as true.

every 2 weeks really??  wow... no wonder im going crazy!
Thanks for the responce Doug. Its not that I over eat. I think I am uindereating...just getting tired of some thing and need to be better at getting new stuff...like...if I eat one more egg I'll.................................... you know what i mean :)

I find that I do best when I vary my meals.  If I get bored with what I am eating my mind wanders to food that I should not be thinking about.  As the saying goes "variety is the spice of life"!

Thanks a bunch guys. not that I a, FINALLY past detox I am doing better....now I need to work on my mind...... funny the things you find out when you elimninate something for your life...
fortunatly I have some yummy alternatives.......gonna take time  :)
