Chocolate /Peanut Butter Kisses /turds
« on: November 03, 2010, 04:04:42 PM »
I made these for Tyler to take to a party they were very good but I would not want them in the house  on a daily basis. I got 70 out of them I guess you could make them smaller & they would be less carbs . 2 for 1 carb .  I will be making theses for our family get together but not for here .

8 ounces cream cheese softened -16 carbs
1 pint Heavy whipping cream -16 carbs (I know that some or 0 carb this one was .5 a serving )
2TBSP of Peanut Butter -3 carbs
1PKG of SF Instant Chocolate Pudding

Mine were a total of 35 carbs 2 kisses =1 carb

Mix cream & cream cheese together first then the PB & Pudding . Put in ziplock bag cut off corner and make little kisses on parchment paper ,put in fridge or freezer.  Like I said I got 70 you may get more or less . Kids will love them !!!!

Nice. Carb free cream would cut the carbs back quite a bit.

I feel stupid! I tried making this and it comes out looking like the back end of a dog when he is dropping a load in the yard. I have no clue how to make any shape other than turd with this, so I just spread it all out on the parchment paper like a brownie mix and put it in the refrigerator. We shall see how it turns out. HOW IN THE HECK DO YOU MAKE THEM THE RIGHT SHAPE???? GRRRRRR

Then you can break it in pieces like bark.  Sounds easier than piping it out of a bag.  I like easy!

It tastes great. It hasn't become firm enough yet to break it. But, my dad is visiting and he has enjoyed scooping it out and eating it.

Yes mine look like turds too long ones or balls but they were good and the kids liked them even though they looked liked turds .LOL
I said that when I made them for Thanksgiving I was going to spread it out like you did . I also think that I mixed my too long it was kinda thick . it is always better the second time you make them
