We (women ) have got to stay off the scale I guess some people or normal and it does not bother them but it will mess a day up if the scale shows something different then we want it to .
Like Doug said to me "ask your self
Do you feel better ?
Do your Clothes feel loose ?
Do you want sugar addiction back in your life ?
If you answer YES,YES,NO
Then does the scale really matter ."
When I read this I said "well losing weight is what brought me to FTS ,but I never knew how good it would make me feel . Th only time I have felt bad since Sept 20th is when I have gotton on the scale and it did not move or I had gained a ounce -2 lbs & when I ate too much SF candie
.
I truely thought it was going to be another fad diet . But it is not if I dont lose another pound I still have gotton rid of my huge addiction to carbs mostly Bread white bread . I have to say I have struggled to lose the Weight still have not lost alot but I have not had a peice of bread since August 4th . That is a true acompishment !!!!.
I will continue the course and I hope my weight will come down but the way I feel is more important ,not be addicted to the garbage is more important .
Altough I was never diagnosed a type 2 diabetic when I checked my sugar after a meal it was 140-170 ,now it is rarely over 100.
Oh well Just my 2 cents !!!
