Hi Joagain,

This sounds SO good!  I've made this crust before and it is GREAT!
I'm trying to decide between this or a key lime cheesecake to take to my family's Thanksgiving dinner.   Does this make a full size pie?  Just noticed the main ingredients of the filling only totals 1 1/2 cups.  Just wondering if maybe I would need to double it to make a BIG fluffy pie?

Thanks so much! I will definitely check out the pecan pie too!

We had our office Thanksgiving luncheon yesterday.  I was nervous about it, but found plenty of things to eat that were FTS approved!  I had turkey, ham, turnip greens, green beans, deviled eggs, broccoli salad and I brought Doug's pumpkin pie!  I was just as stuffed as my co-workers!  ha ha  Next will be the dinner at my Mom's house on Thursday.  She is precious and says she will have plenty that I can eat, but I am taking my own dessert.  :)

Umpa, just yesterday I was thinking it would be neat to know what you and Doug eat on Thanksgiving!   From the looks of the pictures in the cookbook, I bet YOUR table will be a thing of beauty!!  :)
