This morning I made a cinnamon cheese danish out of the OMM  So good  ;)
Here is what I did:

1/4 cup golden flax (0 net carbs)
1 Tbs melted butter (0 carbs)
1 egg ( I used egg white to lower the carbs) (0 net carbs)
1/2 tsp baking powder (0 carbs)
1 tsp vanilla (0 carbs)
1 tsp cinnamon (.5 net carbs)
6 drops of liquid splenda (0 carbs)
1 Tbs  sf Torani brown sugar and cinnamon (0 carbs)
1/8 cup pecans  ( .5 net carbs)
1 triangle of Laughing Cow Cinnamon cream cheese spread (2 net carbs)

Total net carb = 3

Mix all ingredients together except the cream cheese and pecans and set aside a few minutes to thicken up.  Spray plastic container with pam or other cooking spray.  Crumble and spread out pecans on bottom of container.  Spread batter over top and put cream cheese triangle in the center.  Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.  I drizzled it with sugar free maple syrup but it was good without.  Also it is great warm but it is better if it is chilled  ;)   I'm thinking next time I'll mix a little sweetener in the cream cheese and having it with out the syrup.

By the way I had this cream cheese spread on top of a toasted low carb peta and it was delish  ;) ;)

I can't find the Torani SF syrup that is brown sugar flavored locally...dang it! I have everything else. I may try it with extra cinnamon and use mmy french vanilla Torani SF or the white chocolate flavor... hmmm...

Suggestions?

Lucky!

I have been calling it conjunctivitis, but occasionally I refer to the easy to spell version!
