I just bought some ginger root. any idea how to store? can I freeze it...etc??????

I store it in the vegetable crisper.Just chop off what you need.I have never put it in the freezer.When I buy it at the grocery store I break off about a 4 inch section and buy that.We go through that pretty quick. ;)

Sherri tells me we can find Seal Sama sugar free Teriyaki sauce at Winn Dixie stores. We usually buy 6 bottles at a time off the web.
