Umpa I really love fruitcake. Do you have a Christmas recipe? Ohh Please!!!

Beebs you would have to dry your own fruit.Blackberries,strawberries,and Raspberries.Then add 1/4 cup nuts to your favorite white cake recipe.With the flours we use it will be dense.Leave out the baking powder, and use baking soda. ;)
You can't use raisins,plums or prunes so I am not sure you are gonna get the same texture you are looking for. :)

I am sorry beebs.But the fruit in a normal fruitcake is candied.So not only do you have the sugar from the dates raisins and figs they add additional sugar candying it. :'(
