thedaltons6,
Good for you with being honest!
Being accountable with yourself will help make you stronger for the next temptation event.
Sometimes weight gains are delayed a day or two.
And, you most likely will "stall"
weight loss for a couple of weeks and have to detox again.
So if the scale scares you, stay away from it for AT LEAST three weeks. Four would be better.
Detox should not be anywhere near as bad as the first time and it should pass more quickly.
The important thing now is to re-commit yourself to a F2S lifestyle.
If you do, any weight gained from Thanksgiving will be lost with MUCH more to follow.
You CAN do it!!!
Plan ahead for Christmas now!
That way, you won't further delay reaching your
weight loss goal.

Marty,
Be careful "flirting" with taco shells, sauces with flour for thickening, etc..
Some taco shells have more than 20 net carbs each!
It's VERY easy to sabotage yourself!
Chicken cordon bleu crusted with pecans is YUMMY!!!
