This was on a diabetic site that Tyler is on thought everyone would find it interesting . 20-30 carbs a day and here we are almost 100 years later .

What a cool find Jo :) Once again this shows us that the knowledge has been around for a long time and buried to increase corporate profits. Isn't it a shame that it took me half a life time to discover the secrets to weight loss and blood sugar health when it should have been taught to me in grammar school!  >:(
