chicken,bacon wrap.

I took some 6 oz chicken breast's and wrapped bacon around it,then added a little garlic and pepper to it,then cooked it for about 35 too 45 min-depending on how thick your chicken is.When it's done take and open the oven pull out the grill and put some mozzerlla or chedder cheese on it or something else you like, then put it back in the oven until the cheese melts, then serve. You can add salt and pepper to taste. The chicken comes out tasting like it's been smoked due to the bacon,it's real good and the family likes it and very little carbs.Let me know if you try it and if you liked it or not,see ya thanks and god bless all!!

What a great recipe! I've added a voting poll to it and given you a 5 star rating.  I know it will be delicious and ZERO carb if you use bacon which is not sweetened with brown sugar.  Well done!

This is a delicious recipe and as pointed out had gotten lost in the recipe exchange. As we continue to add recipes and members to the forum this will continue to happen. My advice..... crawl through the old pages on this board often and use the recipes, comment on them and they'll pop back up :) Lots of yummy stuff!

I wonder what happened to KW trucker? I believe he's Snobels hubby....at last count he had dropped a good deal of weight and reversed his diabetes.

Shouldn't there be some carb count because of the garlic?
