I saw a website for zero carb bagels and think it is too good to be true.  Here is a list of their ingredients, am I wrong for assuming with flour as the first ingredient there is no way it could be 0 carbs?

Reading ingredient lists when labels look to good to be true is exactly what you should do and no these are certainly not truthful nutritional labels. Although the protein isolate negates some of the carbs and the wheat bran is supplying fiber the oat flour is loaded with carbs. The manufacturer is using smoke and mirrors in his net carb assessment.
