Sweet and Cinnamon pork rinds

Hi Rena, give this a try......mix up some stevia and cinnamon, (1 part cin 3 part stevia) and place the mix in a shaker. Give plain pork rinds a good sprinkle and enjoy!  ;)

Also, don't forget about sunflower seeds. They're another good salty crunchy low sugar snack. I personally stay away from the soy chips, Umpa likes them though.

Jicama chips are awesome and you make them yourself. You can add whatever seasonings you like. I have done sea salt, garlic, and cinnamon...all were yummy

Thanks for the ideas, Doug and owensmath. I do like Jicama. I need to buy that more often.
