They aren't very cooperative about that sort of thing. I asked about canned soy beans because I had purchased some there earlier and they were out. The response was that I needed to call corporate and ask them. My thoughts are: "No! YOU need to call corporate and ask!" but I didn't say it.

I can't find them on the Synder's EatSmart website. Do they go by another name?

ETA -- I finally found them online, but only through Walmart and Amazon. So, they're 6 net carbs per serving?

Rena, if you just need something to munch on, try pork rinds (0 net carbs) or unsalted almonds or pecans (check the labels for the carb count).  I find they all help if I have the "nibblies".  Just make sure you count out your portion and put the bag away before you start to eat.

Thanks, Shihtzumom1!

We do buy pork rings, but my husband eats them. I'm not too fond of them. He's more a chip person than I am. He also loves bread, so that part of the FTS program has been a challenge for him. For me, my big love are sweets and there's no shortages of sugar-free goodies! <snort>

Rick eats pork rings a lot, but often forgets to count out his portion. That gets him in trouble sometimes. But regardless of that, he's lost FIFTY POUNDS -- pork rinds and all!

I do like the cocoa coated almonds when I want something crunchy. Those are awesome!
