Best soy flour, best almond flour, best flax seed meal, other flours, etc.

All the "healthy" flours are new to me.  Can someone please tell me if one brand is better than another in taste and/or cooking???  THANKS!  Have a great day!

I use Now unblanched almond flour,Bobs red mill flaxseed flour ,hazelnut and golden flaxseed flour.These 4 are staples in my house.I have really tried to work with soy,but when I bake with it I get a bitter aftertaste.(I have very sensitive taste buds and sense of smell)Its higher in carbs too.
The flour depends on what you want to make .

Thanks Sherri!  I have to wait until the "baking mood" hits me!  Trying to catch up with everything since Christmas -- like needing to take down the tree and decorations this week (or not -- I enjoy them soooooooooo much!!!)
