These are very good I found the recipe on a low carb site wish I could say that it was my recipe !

1 cup almond flour 12 carbs
2TBSP cold butter
1Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp salt
2 eggs (my eggs o carb )

Preheat oven to 400 spray cookie sheet with Pam bake 8-10 mins.
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder mix well .
Then cut in cold butter with fork until mixture seperates and crumbly .
Beat 2 eggs in seperate bowl ,then mix into flour mixture lightly.
Make biscuits whatever size you want I made 1/2 dollar size and got 12 biscuits which made them 1 carb !! And they are delish !

Hey Sherri!  :)

I found low-carb dumplings don't hold up well when combined with hot liquid (like soup).
The problem is that it's the starch (the source of the high net carbs) in flour that causes them to "stick" together and not break up.

Maybe there is a thickener out there (like guar gum) that would do the job.
I have not tried any as yet.
What you do today is what matters!

Hi beebs!  :)

It's a lot easier than advanced linear algebra!  ;)
Which was one of the many math classes I took at the university many moons ago.

Math is the language of logic.
Being a former math major in college, logic should come naturally for you.

Simply approach recipes using logic.

Consider the desired end result (the goal or solution).
Examine the ingredients (the parts or factors).
Execute the step-by-step preparation execution (the execution of the solution).
What you do today is what matters!

It just hit me! Someone posted about using some ingredient in their brownies that made them rubbery. I wonder if that will help to make dumplings?

Has anyone ever frozen these?  I usually make several batches of one thing and freeze it for later.
