I just guess I cant make it right I never liked it either , adn Tyler will not go near it . LOL chocolate chips are a good idea didi you get the unsweet and add melt with xylitol ?

Add heavy whipping cream to lighten the frosting in the mixer.Whip for about 3 minutes. ;)
I like glazes too instead of frostings. :)

It depends on what flavor.One of my favorite glazes is no more than a simple syrup with lemon.I make my simple syrup with xylitol and water.Cook it down until dissolves add lemon juice(0carb ) and boil .The longer you boil the thicker it gets or you add a 1/8 teaspoon gluccomman powder/flour to really give it body. ;)

This cake look so delish!! My husband's birthday is coming up soon and I would like to make this as his birthday cake.  Just have to find the SF extracts.

It is delish! I modified the recipe for Zero users, that way it can be sugar alcohol free.  ;)

I've found Carbquik will produce good biscuits, scones, etc..
But for cake, something lighter like almond flour works much better. ;)

I use almond flour for the Triple Chocolate Cake.  I have never purchased Soy Flour.

Almond flour is always a better choice millie.Soy flour is 16 carbs per cup.This is a huge cake I did for a birthday party ;)
