« on: April 19, 2010, 04:51:37 PM »
but as much as i enjoy the sugar free jello whipped cream thingy as a treat,i went to the store today(kroger) in search of a quick alternative and found a sugar free fat free creme pop (popcicle w/ice cream in the middle) that is only 20 calories and has 0 net carbs>>> a box of 24 was only $2.89>>> just had one....delisch
oh and by the way it was the kroger brand :o

Hi Steve, I have been reading about your non yogurt recipe.  I have searched through recipes in this section, but do not see the recipe.  Would you please help me find it?  I also saw a mention of your soup recipe.  I  cannot find it either.  I am making so much of my food from recipes found in this section.  I would love to add these two recipes to my collection.  Thanks, Steve.

Hi Kathy :) I assume you're speaking to Katary and looking for his better than yogurt recipe? We can all start calling him Steve now if you want but he'd most likely prefer Gary :) :) Here's his video on the yogurt........Enjoy!- http://fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=883.0

Thanks, Doug, for the quick reply.  The recipe looks good and I will try it.  I am not sure where I got Steve from, but you translated me.  You speak Kathy!  :)
