I dropped 8.4lbs. from Dec 1st to Jan 1st just by making some smart choices recommened in Fat To Skinny ! I was so addicted to carbs but I don't feel like I'm deprived. I bought a case of GG Bran crisps and at first they were an aquired taste but now I really love them ! and knowing how good they are for me is a big plus...also stocked my freezer with La Tortilla Factory so I've totally cut out rolls,breads,crackers and don't mind a bit. I don't eat any pasta but instead am eating Shirtaki Tofu pasta and also love that !! I was schocked to see the carb difference from reg . pasta to the Shirtaki...It makes me enjoy it that much more !! My Italian Grandpa would roll over in his grave but I honestly can't see myself eating anything other that tofu pasta again...I have a long way to go before I'm at my goal weight but these changes aren't a diet to me , they are now part of my healthy eating habits
