Okay, so my plan so far is working.. I have lost according to my scale 7 lbs since Thursday.. I will see what their scale says on Thursday when the come in for their weekly meeting...

Way to Go, Alex!  :) :) :)

You will really hear the remarks after you lose enough to be noticeable and are wearing smaller sizes.

Since my wife bought me some smaller better fitting clothes for Christmas, I have been hearing a lot of remarks like; "Wow!... You've lost quite a bit of weight! How are you doing it?".

Remarks like that make you feel so good about yourself and what you're accomplishing.
