Light Flatout Bread-Low Carb/High Fiber/High Protein Pizza

I have found a great new product for low-carb deli style sandwiches and crispy crust pizza.  These are very substantial and do not fall apart like some low-carb wraps.  I love the shape which makes them easy to load and great size for a personal pizza.  They have several flavors in the light and all low carb 6-8 net carbs and high in fiber and protein.  I know how Doug feels about cow food but for a quick snack, dinner or lunch these are pretty good.

Tonight I made a pizza using the Italian light flatout with Walden Farms 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 calorie marinara sauce, some sliced black olives, sliced fresh mushrooms, pepperoni and hand grated mozzarella cheese.  Bake the flatout slightly oiled with olive oil at 350 degrees directly on the rack for 7 minutes then remove and top with your sauce and toppings and bake for another 7 minutes.  Amazing, crispy crust pizza and very filling.

I've made pizzas with these. I've also cut them up and used them as the "buns" on mini-hamburgers. My kids beg me constantly to make those again!

Where do you find the marinara sauce..I can't seem to find it?
