Shirataki CUBES?

Has anyone used shirataki cubes before? I took a chance and ordered 8 packs of them on Amazon (asian grocer on Amazon) since I had some money left on a gift certificate. I looked them up and it said they are a great substitute for tofu cubes, so maybe they will be good in the macafoney and cheese recipe?
