Yes, they are. I have contracts for books coming out from 2011 through 2015. Sometimes it makes you crazy having to wait that long. I'll check out the download, but I'd love to get the print copy, too.

So, I have a question, I pay for the book online and then you dowload it to me and it stays in my e-mail so I can then go read it whenever or print off the recipes I want or does it just stay for so long and then disappears?  Never have done this before so not sure? Tks.

Here's how the FAT TO SKINNY ebooks work. When you order and pay for your purchase my on-line store will automatically send a "download products notice" to your email address. You click on the link in the email and your download page pops up. When you click "download" you'll be asked if you want to open or save the file. Choose SAVE and the file will be saved to the place of your choice (usually the desktop).  To read the book just click on it after it's saved and read away
