I thought about stalking them when they were up here in NC. They only live about an hour from me.

Hi Jo and Beebs,  :)

This is part of the cooking experience.
Everyone who does any cooking will have failures... I've had my share, trust me!

If a recipe doesn't turn out, think about what you did during preparation and try again.
I've had a number of recipes flop before they would turn out good.
It's all part of the joy of cooking!
What you do today is what matters!

Hey beebs!  :)

Even the greatest chefs make flops.
When you make something for the first time, it's a trial and may not work out.
It just comes with the territory called cooking.

If your unsure about how a recipe will turn out, think about making a 1/2 or 1/4 batch.
That would reduce the amount of food you use on experimentation.

Also, keep in mind that everyone's taste is different.
What would make one's mouth water, might turn another's stomach.

What you do today is what matters!
