... 3. Carbmaster lowfat yogurt from Kroger- 3 net carbs, 4 minus 1 fiber. Hope these are o.k. Use in the afternoon sometimes with 1/3 cup blueberries before I leave work so I'm not so hungery when I get home before dinner. The new flavors don't all have fiber in them, so be sure to check to be sure the ones you pick up have fiber in them.
My local grocer (Fred Meyer) is really a Kroger store.
I too LOVE the Carbmaster lowfat yogurt.
Remember to count the NET carbs and not be concerned with amount of fiber, calories, etc.
You can get fiber by eating green leafy salads and many low carb veggies.
I personally take a fiber supplement as well.
I find it keeps me regular and has a bunch of other health benefits too!
Also, you mentioned on another post about not eating egg yolks.
Until you go back to your doc and ask him/her, I wouldn't worry about them.
There is current research suggesting that egg yolks do not raise serum (blood) cholesterol.
I eat about 18 whole eggs a week and my numbers are good.
But like I said in another post, we are all different. So wait to see what your doc says.
