I wish Walmart would bring back the South Beach frozen dinners.  Those were great for quick lunches with no prep.  I lived on those for about a month and lost a good amount of weight.

I'm happy that stores are finally starting to realize reduction of sugars in foods is a good way to a healthier society.  A friend of mine said the other day how she has lucky charms in her house for snacks and commented that there are 3 times the amt of charms in a box as when we where kids
