Portion sizes men vs women

I think I have the portion sizes down but I wanted to know if there is a difference in portion sizes between men and women.  I know I would be satisfied with a checkbook size of meat; however, my husband would be famished.  Since it is 0 carbs could he have more and still lose weight?

I am also satisfied with a checkbook sized piece of meat.
It's not a man or woman thing... It's a stretched or not stretched stomach thing.

If your husband is used to large portions at meal time (like I was), just slowly reduce the portion sizes over a couple of week period until they are right.
But please let him know what you're doing and why.

This worked for me!  ;)
What you do today is what matters!

Well said advice Tony and I agree with you. Use the 15 minute rule and I bet after your husband eats a proper portion size, waits 15 minutes for the food to register in the brain he'll be OK.
