So, for the longest time my waist size hasn't changed according to my measuring tape (like 2 months), but my clothes fit differently. This morning, I measured and my waist is suddenly down 3 inches. I had to measure it 3 times to be sure it wasn't a fluke! WOW! It's so great to see those numbers changing as well as other numbers.... Like my blood sugar...which was 88 the other night... first time in literally FOREVER!!!!

So Wonderful !! I am living vicariously through others triumphs right now  ;D down 13lbs but can't tell from where !! don't see it of feel it yet, that's what the scale tells me .  Every body  is different I'm curious at what stage everyone started noticing a difference ?

I have mentioned in other posts that it took a while before I went down in clothing size.  I know I had myself squeezed into my clothes because I didn't want to go to the next size up.  So even though I was smaller I was fitting into my clothes properly.  Just keep eating the FTS way and you will notice a change before you know it, and so will your family and friends.

Hi Bella!  :)

This depends on many personal characteristics... Remember no two of us are alike!

One thing that is quite common is that the first bunch of pounds lost are retained water.
After that, the fat starts to dissolve. This seems to start usually about 2 weeks into the program.
Again, we are each different. So for you, this could be sooner or a bit later.

Before you realize it, one day you, or someone who knows you, will notice the change.

My wife was the first to start ragging me about my baggy clothes.
Guess what Santa brought me last month?

By the time summer BBQs are underway, I will need another set of clothes.
It's fortunate that I'm not fussy about style... JCPenny is OK with me!  ;)

What a nice problem to have, baggy clothes!  Enjoy your new duds as it sounds like they will be too big before you know it and you'll get more new duds!  Enjoy and congratulations
