Crunchy Tuna Salad

2 cans tuna drained
1/4 cup green onions
 1 stalk celery cut up small
2 boiled eggs
mayo
salt and pepper

It makes a good little bit the whole thing is 3 carbs you can get 2-4 servings , carbs will depend on your servings size . I ate mine with GG crispbread !!,

Let me know if you like it Tony . Also I am going to add to the recipe that unless you really like green onion 1 stalk is enough .

Just curious but how many carbs without the onion?? I'm not a big fan of onions lol

I would say that there is probably only 1/4 - 1/2 a carb in that stalk of celery.  So you would just count that along with 1 for each of your eggs unless you use the egglands best or similar brand that lists them as 0 carbs.   

I do use the egglands but just to be on the safe side and to split the difference I always count this recipe as 2 carbs without the onion  LOL   ;) ;)  Yummm
