3angels, EA Active was difficult for me.  It starts out with having you run around a track I think either 3 or 4 times.  Then you do things like squats, rollerblading with jumps (simulated but difficult), arm lifts, more running, and after 30 minutes I wished I was dead.  I am not exaggerating, I was gasping for breath, but once I finished I felt a sense of accomplishment.  I have to admit that I have not finished all 30 days because by the 2nd day I was so sore I could barely walk and figured if I can get away with eating F2S without having to kill myself I will take the easy way out:-)
The Wii Fit you can pretty much tailor the program to how you want to exercise.  So you don't have to run, walk or do anything too strenuous if you don't want to.  Wii Fit has yoga, boxing, balance type exercises and it weighs you and keeps track of how much you have gained or lost.  The only thing I didn't like about the Wii Fit is if you failed at an activity (hula hooping) I have no rhythm so I failed miserably all the time, it would take your avatar and hang it's head in failure.  Cute at first, not so much after a while  :P

down a very small amount, 2.6, but it's ok!  I just realized that just because I ate a salad doesn't mean it's low carb!  The salad was 20 carbs without dressing...yikes!  I will do much better this week  :)

Congratulations, becky! I wouldn't call 2.6 pounds a small amount for one week, it's wonderful progress. Loss will vary weekly and sometimes will be frustrating but FTS will see you through.
A suggestion:  when you make your ticker the last question asked is Background Option light or dark.  If you click "dark" then your ticker will show up better on the forum. ;)

Hi Becky!  :)

2.6 pounds in a week is great!!!  ;D

Many of us lose weight MUCH slower than that.
I've had quite a few weeks of no loss or only 0.2 pounds.

But that's OK too!... The idea is reaching the goal weight and staying there.
How fast really doesn't matter.
What you do today is what matters!

thank you all for your encouragement!  I still need to be careful with the salads I get at restaurants.  I LOVE Wendy's Cobb Salad, but the thing has 19 carbs, and the dressing is 1 carb.  What the heck could be in their salad that it's so high in carbs?  It has bleu cheese, tomatoes, egg, 2 strips of bacon, and salad mix.  How i that so high?

And yes, I guess the 2 lbs is normal weigh loss  :)

so I looked at the nutritional value and the items in the salad...iit has croutons, which I didn't eat, so is that what's making the carb count high?

BLT Cobb Salad
Calories: 670
Total Fat (g): 47.0
Carbohydrates (g): 15
Protein (g): 47

I looked for the ingredients, Iceberg, Romaine and Spring Mix, Chopped Eggs, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Tomatoes

They aren't subtracting fiber for one.. this is a safe salad, enjoy it and don't eat the croutons.
