My Monday (accountability) Weigh-in
« on: January 24, 2011, 09:47:02 PM »
So here I go again, trying to be loyal to F2S, ha ha.  I'm going to try and hold myself accountable to update my ticker each week to see my progress, and hopefully get myself into weight loss mode.

I don't have the time to really exercise with three kids under 7, but I do have time to play Just Dance 2 on our Wii with my kidlets, and that game burns some calories and is so much FUN!

Praying this works....summer's around the corner  :)

Be strong and keep at it. Your kidlets probably are exercise in itself. Just do what you can and follow the program.

How do you like the exercise games on Wii? I was looking at a fitness one for the system and wondered if it really works??

You can do it!  :) :) You are gonna be amazed when you start reading labels and make changes in the amount of sugar your kids eat how mellow they become. :)

That sounds like good exercise to me, Becky!

Just remember, it's not the exercise that brings about the weight loss... It's what and how much you eat!
The exercise will help keep your metabolism perking and reduce the number and duration of weight loss plateaus.

Read the section of Doug's book about exercise again.
What you do today is what matters!

I can't wait for summer either.  I love to go for walks but, it's so hard to get in the mood for a walk when it's 16 below 0 and snowing so I am really looking forward to summer and am thinking of getting WII fit for these long cold winter days

SherriPie,  EA Active for Wii is a wonderful exercise program.  It is a 30 day commitment and it kicked my butt.  I haven't done it in a long time because I hate exercise, but I am thinking about trying it again.  I have the Wii Fit and found it isn't as challenging as the Active and quite fun.

I am definately going to be looking into it but, how is the EA Active for Wii different????  Is it just as fun for kids or maybe more challenging for them than the Wii fit???? ???
