Since I have been trying to stay off the scale I have begun to use the Ketosis sticks to see if I am losing. I have been in the deep purple for about a week now and was excited, until today. Today it is showing as negative and I have had only 1 carb all day. Here is what I have had:
Breakfast and Lunch:
1/3 cup of shredded cheese made into a pancake like crunchy goodness:-) 1 carb for both as my cheese is >1 per serving.
Snack:
Russell Stovers Sugar Free Toffee Bars 24 carbs 1 fiber and 23 sugar alcohols = 0 carbs
To drink I have had 2 diet pepsi's and 2 bottles of water.
I know that if you stop seeing a
weight loss you should cut out the sugar free candies, but would it show up as negative ketosis on the stick?
Either way I am putting up the candy, but was curious to know what everyone thought.
