I don't know FiberFit.I looked it up online and included a picture. Is this it Jo?If it is it not a good product. The conversion for Carbquick depends on the ingredients in the rest of the recipe, .Post the recipe and I will teach you.

Jo this could be this sweetner could be the culprit in delaying your weight loss.It is one carb per teaspoon, that is alot! It doesn't sound like it but it adds up over a days time. There are alot better things you could be spending those carbs on,like ice cream! :)

I thought you said that you used the fiberfit :D I checked your sweetner and it is a a good product. Here are the measurements for baking wih your Superose sweetner.
10 drops = 1 tsp sugar sweetness, 20 drops = 1 sugar substitute packet, 4 tsp = 1 cup of sugar sweetness
I always taste when I am using a new sweetner,so these are just guidelines. My idea of sweet and dougs is totally different so taste as you go and make notes.

So the sweetner should not be causing me to stall ? Also when I use it in baked or MIM it just does not have a sweet taste kinda has a funny taste . I dont think it does well in high heat . I have ordered some xyitol

I just find that out of all the sweetners xylitol and stevia have the best health benefits.Xylitol is so good for your teeth unlike sugar. And it has the same consistency and tast of sugar.. ;)
