Hang in there Alex!! You will see it move...just keep doing what you're doing...it works...don't get discouraged and don't get on the scale every day if it will make you discouraged!! My weight fluctuates each day...I like to watch the scale...but I don't get discouraged if there's no change or if it goes up and down a pound! Weigh once a week...pick a day...and don't weigh until that day!! In the mean time...keep on keepin' on...you WILL see results!!!

((hugs))

The scale can be your friend or your enemy.  :P

It happens sometimes where it slows and then you'll start dropping like crazy. You have to stay off the scale or you'll drive yourself silly. I know what I speak of, currently my husband has hidden our scale because I have been complaining about it the last two days.

Stay the course, give it a week, really watch those labels and the pounds will just melt off of you. You can do it!

Alex, you've been bouncing around with FTS for what.....a few months? On...off...On....off...etc I want you to listen to me. STOP obsessing, simply stay the course and never look backwards again. THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF. If you want to obsess over something obsess over making the absolute lowest carb recipes and have fun with it.  ;)

Hey Alex,  :)

Eating the F2S way is a LIFESTYLE that does not require a scale.

Just imagine if scales did not exist.
Given that, would you know when you've reached your goal weight?... You'd be darned close!

Forget the scale for a while and stick to the F2S rules.
And like Doug said, don't obsess over it.
Obsessing over our food and/or our weight are reasons we need F2S.
What you do today is what matters!

Youre right.. I put that darn thing away, actually told hubby to hide it since I would know where I put it... lol

I am very happy with my new eating habits.. I feel better and not hungry anymore.. No more cravings with the exception of peanut butter.. what the heck, really?!  lol  I ordered beanit and should be here by Thursday..

At home, I have made it easy, eat what I cook or cook yourself..

BTW: I do feel the difference in clothes, and I am not as bloated anymore.. I am also cutting down the salt intake... now I need to find the time to walk...

I love all of you guys... I feel such a closeness...  :-*
