Hello Katary and thank you....I wish I could be in a bikini this summer, but I think it will take a little longer than that.

I am an Aussie, but not living there at the moment - going back for a holiday in June though!

Welcome, Ausgirl! You are part of a great family here. Ask any questions you may have. Also, look around the forum because most of us have asked a lot of questions, too.

Hi Umpa,

Thanks for all the warm welcomes.  Mmmm what foods do they eat in Australia?  Well, mostly fresh stuff, made from scratch.  When I moved to North America I was sucked into the "easy" preparation of my meals and even though I found all the bread VERY sweet, I have slowly become addicted to it, I'm sad to say.

I am determined this time and feel like I'm on the right track with FTS.

I don't get on here too often, but will try to make it more regularly, because I think talking about it is something that really helps.

I plan on getting my ticker going too, so that I can share with you all on how well I'm doing - Positive, positive, positive!
