Cheesy broccoli
« on: February 01, 2011, 10:06:47 PM »
Hi everyone,
I've been reading lots of topics on the forum and learning a lot.
Just wondered though - cheesy broccoli or broccoli with cheese sauce or something similar seems to be popping up in the meal plans and I can't locate a recipe for it.
Can someone please help or point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
Ausgirl

I love cheesy broccoli!! I would rather eat that at every meal than anything else. Never thought I would be saying that last year at this time.  :D

Yep!... ;)

Just cook your brocolli to the doneness you like and, when done, cover in 0 Carb Cheese Sauce.
For the sauce recipe, see http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=2096.msg18635#msg18635

Cheesy Broccoli is still my favorite. My husband has started adding crushed red peppers to the broccoli with little bits of bacon and it's amazing!
