Please remember that by getting your blood sugar under control, you've likely saved your life from some serious (often lethal) diabetes health consequences.
Sarah's right!... No two of us are alike.
And so, none of us should measure our progress against others.
But we often lose size even when the scale is stuck.
This has been happening to me the last couple of months.
Also, cutting carbs to something less than 20 a day while eating more fat can restart scale movement.
Andrea's right, too!... If you don't drink enough water, you won't
lose weight.
This is part of the body's survival mechanism during droughts and famines.
For the same reason, not eating enough and feeling hungry too much will respond in like fashion.
To cover your "bases", I recommend that you post your daily meal plans so we can eliminate the possibility of "carb creep" or something else.
