A special THANKS! to our FTS moderators and active members :)

Hello everyone. Keeping up with a forum this large and this active is a time consuming but very rewarding undertaking. I want to thank all of our FTS moderators for being so selfless with their time and efforts provided to all our members. Without the help of all of you it would be very difficult to keep up with it. :o

As all of you veterans know it takes a few weeks for FTS newbies to get comfortable with this new lifestyle change. The continued responses and help you provide to them and all others helps build their new foundation and sets them on their way to longer life and better health.

With the continued assistance and support of all of our members "paying forward" we as a group are improving countless lives.

The Good Lord is definitely shining through you and Umpa!

The gift of FAT To Skinny is an incredible blessing to bestow on others struggling with their weight.
And I for one feel very privileged to be able to join with you in this endeavor.

I'm sure when you pass through the "Pearly Gates", the reception you'll receive will be far beyond words!

Thanks Doug and Umpa for starting this website and for all the members and they kind words.

It is hard at first, but I think I am getting more comfortable with my food and it is still amazing to me that when I stay away from the sugar, how free I am from constant cravings.  I am learning to eat when I am hungry and more importantly- not eat when I am not hungry.  What an aha moment.  Plus I feel better overall and the clothes are beginning to fit better.  What a blessing that your book "jumped off the shelf in its' bright red and yellow cover" as I would have never noticed it since there are soooooo many other books there.  So I just wanted to say "thanks" as this is the first time in a very long time I am losing weight, actually losing weight, not playing the up and down game, up 1 #, down 1#, etc.  I am actually losing and each week lose a little more.
