Just into week 2 of my 30 day trial period.  So far it's going great.  Lost 6 pounds the first week and have very little real hunger.  My question today is, can you eat seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc)? on this program?  Also we found some flavored pork skins that say they have no carbs in them.  Are they ok?  Thanks for any feedback.

Welcome to the Fat to Skinny forum family Renaliv. and congrats on your weight loss.  Yes to all 3 questions.  I love pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds (I only eat the  roasted unsalted ones, not sure about everyone else).  I even put them in my One Minute Muffins for a little crunch.  Flavoured pork skins are ok as long as they are not sugar coated.  Enjoy, just use portion control.
