It is sad that a few people like Jack LaLanne , Dr atkins & Dr. Bernstein have been trying for years to tell people the dangers of sugar and few heard . Maybe they will hear you Doug with the FAT TO SKINNY !!!! I sure hope so .

This is why I believe the Surgeon General of the US should be dragged out of her office in chains and thrown in prison! She is responsible for the health and well being of this nations people  >:( >:(.  This information has been around for years as shown in the above vid....why isn't it being taught, exposed and promoted?

MONEY  that's why!

I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!!! Jack was 96 when he passed and worked out till the day he died.He was a amazing life force!He spent his life helping others! He is defineately one of my heros!!!

Was Jack Lalanne your father Doug?  LOL!!  He sounds just like you!  So this definitely is not a new idea to get sugar out of your life, it's been around a long time.  We should all aspire to live a long healthy life like Jack did.
