Here ya go, the recipe for Dan's Yummy Chinese Stir Fry. It was SO good! Remember though, I am not the chef in my house so bare with me.
He took 3 skinless chicken breasts and cut them up into cubes. (sev
Then he took 1/4 cup of soy flour and mixed that with an egg. He added water to the mixture until it was the consistency of pancake batter
He dipped the chicken in that and then rolled it lightly in crushed pork rinds. (it was amazing and I couldn't even taste the pork rinds.)
He fried them all up in the wok using olive oil.
Then he took a bag of stir fry veggies (which was where most of the carbs came from). You could use anything and lower the carb count.
He sauteed the veggies in 0 carb soy sauce and this yummy 0 carb red chilli oil from Publix.
Then he added the chicken back in and mixed it all together.
Finished it up with a bed of lettuce and then poured the yumminess on top.
I gotta say, one of the best FTS meals at my house EVER!
Serving size:3
Chicken had 2 carbs (mostly the soy flour)
veggies had 6 carbs (definitely could use different veggies and lower the total tremendously)
