Hi izzet!

This is the yogurt my wife brought home when I was new to FTS and had bad digestive pains (etc.) during sugar detox last August.
This stuff saved my life during detox!!!... Not to mention, it's very tasty!

To this day, I often have one in the morning for a quick meal.

Hi Izzet,

I love the Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt, but was a little disappointed as the new flavors no longer have fiber in them, so instead of it being 3 carbs, the new ones I've looked at have no fiber so the count is 4carbs.

For me, I think I will stick to the "old" flavors as at least they have the 1 fiber and are so yummy!  I try to have one in the afternoon at work before I leave as that seems to take the edge off and I'm not hungry when I get home before dinner is ready.

They are yummy and one of my favorites!

Poo ... my earlier post disappeared from this one.

I am happy to say I found the Dannon Light & Fit Low-Carb yogurt today. Very happy!

Hi mmcooks1234!  :)

Check each of your local grocers.
One of them is bound to have a low carb store-brand yogurt.

Or, you could talk to your grocery store manager and ask him/her to order some Dannon Light & Fit Low-Carb Yogurt.
Most stores are happy to stock things they know their customers want.
And since Dannon is available at so many different stores, this should not be a hard sell!  ;)
What you do today is what matters!

My Kroger had the CARBmaster yogurt 10 for $4 tonight so I stocked up!  I tried the spiced pear flavor as soon as I got home and it was yummy!   Next I'm trying the Carrot Cake one!  Can you tell I'm tickled to have new treats in the house?  :)

I found the Dannon!  They had it hidden.  It was no where near the other Dannon Light and Fit yogurt.  I will try some tonight.

Thanks Jo for the congrats.

I know mmcooks...that's why I was excited about the larger portions of the CARBmaster.  That Dannon is such a small portion but you get what is available I suppose.  Sorry for those of you who do not have a Kroger.  I'd check the store brand like mouseissue suggested to see if they have a low carb option.  It seems the grocery stores are starting to get the message we don't want the sugar and offering more low sugar/no sugar and low carb options.  Talk to your store manager.
Peace and blessings,

IzzeT

I found the low-sugar Dannon Lite & Fit at Albertsons. I've heard they're a sister store to Kroger. I just typed Kroger into my search and Smith's comes up. You know ... that is the ONLY store here I haven't been in to check for yogurt! DOH!  ::)
