In The Beginning...
« on: February 24, 2011, 10:52:28 PM »
Hi there, today is the beginning of a new chapter in my life.  I purchased "Fat To Skinny" yesterday afternoon and read it last night.  So, today was my 1st of 3 days to figure out my feeding times.  So, I ate twice today.  I wasn't hungry until 1:00 this afternoon at which time I ate a 3 egg omelet with cheddar cheese, spinach, and mushrooms.  Then at 6:30, I wasn't real hungry so I just ate a salad.  It will be interesting to see what tomorrow will bring.  I did miss my glass of milk at dinner... oh well

Thank you all very much for the warm welcome.  I am very excited about losing weight and the idea of having more energy.  I just hope I can be as successful as all of you.

My husband just made peanut butter cookies, and they smell heavenly.  The first thing he does is walk into the room with a plate full of warm cookies and offer some to me.  Hmmm where is the support here?  Not a problem, I can handle it...I know where he sleeps ;)

Hi Mimzy; I think you have shown determined commitment to FTS by refusing those fresh PB cookies when they were waved under your nose. You could so easily have decided to "start FTS tomorrow" but you didn't. You will have lots more successes following your FTS lifestyle.

Thank you downeast.  I am not sure why I have left the impression with some that I am not dedicated.  I am pretty proud of myself even thou it has been only 4 days.  Guess I will have to see if I have lost any weight after the first week.

Does it help to journal what you have eaten?
